Under the chairmanship of Dr. Abdul Hakim Al-Obaid CSO's undersecretary and Census Assistant Director, the 53rd session of the census bureau was held on Monday 5th December 2005 .

During this session a number of topics related to the technical document of the preparatory experiment for production of basic services map has been discussed alongside to its office and field phases.

More over, topics pertaining to implementing map production, assessment of labor volume for conducting the preparatory experiment, manpower and technical requirements and activities of field workers have been reviewed .
